These terms apply when you browse the EduTrench website or enrol in a course. By using the site or registering, you agree to these terms.

Courses and fees

Course duration, structure and fees are listed on each course page. Fees are quoted in INR and are payable in full before the course begins unless a separate payment plan is agreed in writing.

Free demo class

The 30-minute demo class is free and carries no obligation. Slots are confirmed only after we reply to your booking request.

Refunds

If you withdraw before the second class of a paid course, a full refund is provided minus any payment-gateway charges. After the second class no refund is issued, but unused sessions can be transferred to another batch within three months.

Attendance and conduct

Please join classes on time and treat the instructor and other learners respectfully. Disruptive behaviour, recording of classes without consent, or sharing of course material may result in removal from the programme.

Intellectual property

Notes, worksheets, audio and any other course material remain the property of EduTrench. They are provided for personal study only and may not be re-distributed.

Limitation of liability

EduTrench strives to provide accurate, high-quality teaching but does not guarantee a specific exam result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the course in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
